Do your machines have instructions? Yes, you will find instructions on the front of each machine. There are also instructions on the inside flap where the soap goes that shows where to put soap,bleach and fabric softner
What happens if I forget my soap? We have two dispeners conveniently located at the front and back, that are stocked with detergant, bounce sheets, fabric softner,stain remover & even laundry bags
What happens if I only have bills? We coveniently have a change machine located on the front wall, that will change your bills into coins on the spot
How much soap do I use? When it comes to soap, less is more, although our large capacity machines provide the ability to wash more clothing at one time- they're also super efficent- this means you don't need to increase the amount of soap you add to your load
How many clothes can I wash at one time? We offer large capacity washing machine and dryers capableof washing your oversized load all at once. Not only does this save you time, it also saves you money as you'll need fewer loads
Is there anything I can't wash at your laundromat? There are a few exceptions, we ask our customers to please refrain from washing car mats, carpets & horse blankets- as these items are just a little too hard on our machines.
What do I do if I need assisatnce? Please look on the front or back door of the building for our phone number & email Please reach out we are always available to help
Does your Laundromat ever close? We're open 6am-11pm, 365 days of the year. By extending our hours we're able to accomdate your unique schedule- whether you're a shift worker,night owl or early-bird- we're open and ready to help you cross laundry off your to do list
Do you have seating while waiting? Yes, we have a small seating area at the front or chairs placed throughout , your more then welcome to wait while your clothes are being washed
Do your machines only take coins? No, we have machines that you can pay through an App called Dexter Live, this gives you the ability pay via credit card through the app. Instructions on setting this up are located on the east wall of the building
